I've inspected it and it is a mess inside. There is an open electrical <br /> permit, but no inspections have ever been done. I spoke with the electrical contractor and he has been inside the <br /> basement. He said that a pretty significant structural beam was replaced and the work was not finished and I find no <br /> signs of a permit for that kind of project. I don't know if it is a hazard.
