(1) Adopt Resolution setting policy guidelines for the City of Everett's Debt Management Program, repealing Resolution No. 5856. (Action on 3-29-17) (2) CB 1703-09 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance adopting a revised Investment Policy of Public Funds and superseding Ordinance No. 2513-01. (3rd and final reading on 3-29-17) (3) Approve the 2018 Fiscal Year Draft Work Plan and Budget for the Alliance for Housing Affordability. (4) CB 1703-10- 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled `American Legion Memorial Park-Arboretum Area Improvements" Fund 354, Program 051, for the renovation of drainage areas and surface improvements to the western border of the Arboretum area of the park.
