The <br /> cost of this additional work will not exceed$24,009. The additional services include revised technical design <br /> and project support as necessary to meet specific final permitting requirements including: <br /> • support for alternative permitting requirements <br /> • preparation of geotechnical memo regarding current embankment conditions <br /> • preparation of additional response memos to permit agencies <br /> • drawing revisions for final permitted culvert <br /> • technical support during fmal permitting upon request from City of Everett as needed <br /> The present Agreement for$145,552.00 is modified so that total compensation,including all services and <br /> expenses, shall not exceed$169,561.00. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the1Pgfessional Services Agreement with GeoEngineers, <br /> Inc. for the Lake Chaplain Road culvert replacement project in an amount not to exceed$24,009.00. <br />
