The federal <br /> portion of the funding was used to overlay several eligible arterial street segments. The project also <br /> accomplished pavement maintenance overlay on various other street segments using local funds. The project <br /> placed approximately 29,000 tons of hot-mix asphalt, and included utility adjustments,and other <br /> appurtenances necessary to complete the work. <br /> The proposed funding sources which reflect additional funds from Snohomish County are: <br /> STP—Federal Funds $ 999,383 <br /> Fund 119—Street Improvements 3,468,420 <br /> Snohomish County—ILA 739,248 <br /> WSDOT—GCA 48,900 <br /> Total sources of funds $ 5,255,951 <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled"2015 Federal Overlay Project," <br /> Fund 303,Program 102, as established by Ordinance No. 3425-15. <br /> 69 <br />
