RESOLUTION NO. ,273 <br /> WEYERHAEUSER CO. <br /> SHORELINE PERMIT #7-82 <br /> WHEREAS, application was made for a Shoreline Permit by Weyerhaeuser <br /> Co., to allow 20,000 cubic yards of dredge spoils to be placed on Ferry Baker <br /> Island over a three year period, and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Land Use Hearing Examiner <br /> on January 6, 1983, and at this hearing public testimony was received, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hearing Examiner made findings, conclusions, and <br /> recommendations which are hereby attached, (as on file in the City Clerk's Office) <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Everett City Council <br /> hereby adopts the Hearing Examiner's findings, conclusions, and recommendations. <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> q� <br /> Passed and approved this / day of A •e A , 1982. <br /> '.fie ., <br /> Council President <br /> 0 <br />
