• CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. )- 4 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, declaring its intention to order the improvement of Pine Street, from Hewitt to Pacific, Cedar Street, from Hewitt to 33rd, 32nd Street, Pine to Cedar and Pacific Avenue I-5 to Hill Street and to create a local improvement district to assess the cost and expense of carrying out such improvement against the properties specially benefitted thereby, and notifying all persons who desire to object to the improvements to appear and present their objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held on March 2, 1983. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON, as follows: Section 1: It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, to order the improvement of the following property: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Hewitt Avenue and Cedar Street thence east to an intersection of the northerly projected east lot line of lot 6 Block 695 Plat of Swalwell's Second Addition; thence South along the northerly projected east lot line and the east lot line to the Southeast corner thereof; thence Southerly - to the intersection of the South line of the East-West alley in said block and the centerline of the North-South alley in said block; thence South along said alley centerline to an intersection with the North line of the East-West alley in Block 695 Plat of Everett Land Company's First Addition; thence Southerly to a point on the North line of lot 50 of said block, said point being 2 feet from the Northeast corner thereof; thence South parallel with the East line of said lot to the South line thereof; thence East to intersect the West line of Primary State Highway Number 1 (Interstate 5); thence Southerly following the West line of Interstate 5 to the intersection of the East line of the alley in Block 753 of last said plat; thence North along said east line to a point of intersection with the Easterly projected South line of Lot 10 of said Block; thence West on the Easterly projected South line and on the South line of said lot to the Southwest corner thereof; thence South along the West line of said block to the North line of 33rd Street; thence West along said North line to the inter- section of the centerline of Hill Street; thence Northwesterly along the centerline of Hill Street to the North line of Pacific Avenue; thence East along the North line of Pacific Avenue to the intersection with the intersection with the East line of Fulton Street; thence North along the East line of Fulton Street to the centerline of the East-West alley in Block 693 of last said plat; thence East along said centerline to the intersection with the centerline of the North-South alley in said block; thence North along said centerline to an intersection with the centerline of the East-West alley in Block 693 Plat of Swalwell's Second Addition; thence East along said centerline to the intersection with the Southerly projected East line of Lot 2 of said block; thence North along the projected East line of said lot and the East line of said lot to the centerline of Hewitt Avenue; thence Easterly along said centerline to the Point of Beginning.
