In Everett, only 47% of dwelling units were single family detached dwellings, while for <br />the rest of Snohomish County, excluding Everett, 70% of all dwellings were single family <br />detached. <br />15. The total number of housing units in Everett increased 42.67% from 1990 to 2010. In <br />that time period, there were 28.71% more multifamily units built than single family units.
