In Everett, 53% of all dwelling units were in buildings with two or more dwelling units, <br />while for the rest of Snohomish County, excluding Everett, only 30% of all dwelling units were <br />in buildings with two or more dwelling units. <br />20. There was an estimated 22,916 units of rental housing in Everett of every type, from single family <br />homes to large apartment buildings. Of those, 17,665, or 77%, were in multifamily properties.
