EVERETT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />Policy 6.6.7 The City in their comprehensive parks and recreation planning should explore <br />alternative means of capital improvement funding; such as parks impact fees, forming a <br />Metropolitan Parks District or other mechanism.
