During earthwork for the <br /> project, ESNW observed the contractor to maintain temporary erosion control measures <br /> including quarry spall site entrances, silt fence, plastic sheeting and other applicable methods of <br /> soil stabilization, and drain inlet inserts. On December 29, 2016 an ESNW representative was <br /> on-site and observed the subject site to be in final stabilization, with final landscaping installed <br /> and temporary erosion control measures removed. <br /> In summary, based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was <br /> accomplished in accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations. <br /> We trust this letter meets your current needs.
