August 9, 2017 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — DOWNTOWN BUILDING ASSESSMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to the Grant <br /> Agreement with State of Washington Department of Archeology and <br /> Historic Preservation for the Downtown Building Assessment and <br /> Public Workshop for an additional $1,000 in funding and extending the <br /> grant period to August 31, 2018. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — BANK OF EVERETT BUILDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 7152 placing the Bank of Everett <br /> Building (Cope Gillette Theatre) at 2730 Wetmore Avenue on the <br /> Everett Register of Historic Places. <br /> Paul Popelka, Planning, provided a brief overview of the resolution. <br /> Council members expressed their concurrence with the proposed <br /> resolution. <br /> Steve Fox, Everett, spoke in support of the proposed resolution. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 263 <br />
