October 14, 2015 <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6905 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,133,813.98 for the period of September 26, 2015, through October <br /> 2, 2015. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — 28th PUGET SOUND FESTIVAL OF HIGH <br /> SCHOOL MERCHING BANDS <br /> To authorize the closure of various streets, as designated on a map, <br /> on October 24, 2015, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., for the 28th Annual Puget <br /> Sound Festival of High School Marching Bands sponsored by the <br /> Cascade High School Band & Color Guard Boosters. <br /> JOB COMPLETE — LAKE CHAPLAIN SOUTH DAM TUNNEL <br /> DECOMISSIONING PROJECT <br /> To accept the Lake Chaplain South Dam Tunnel Decommissioning <br /> Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of <br /> Completion with Blackwater Marine, LLC, allowing the release of the <br /> City held retainage. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION — DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 6906 declaring the listed vehicles <br /> and equipment as surplus and authorizing their disposition. <br /> 323 <br />
