It appears that the first page of the printed drawings is not part of the scope of the permit, and <br /> the second page is from a previous permit appiication. <br /> a. Drawings not prepared by or under the supervision by the licensed architect or engineer <br /> who stamped on the drawings are considered unlawful, per RCW 18.08310 (1) and <br /> RCW 18.08.460 (1). <br /> b. Please submit the information required below on a separete drawings which do not <br /> include the stamped title blocks of previously issued permit drawings. <br /> Mechanical <br /> 1. The permit application indicates that two units will be replaced. Please clarify both the weight <br /> and location of the new uni�s compared to the units to be replaced, including the model <br /> numbers. The pians should reference the equipment schedule. The schedule should show <br /> weight, BTUh, economizer, and model number of the units. <br /> 2. Construction details for the support of the units should bc included. <br /> These comments address building issues oniy. Revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (Utilities, Puhlic Works, Tra(fic, or Planning). Upon resubmission of the drawings, plan <br /> review will resume and your application wiil be given prioriry. All required submittals must be of <br /> sufficient delail and information to ensure that thc proposed structure wili be constructed in compliance <br /> with all adopted codes. Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), 2012 <br /> Intemational Fire Code (IFC), and the 2012 lnternational Properry Maintenance Code (1PMC).
