These plans show 20' x 24' with a notch out on one corner. So, I could consider it a 20' x 20' --- but then I'm not getting the additional 100 square feet that needs to go with a 20' x 20' garage.There's about 30 square feet. Also, please include the height calculations on the site plan and elevations per the Height Handout. When returning revisions, please fill out a blue transmittal form. In addition, we'll need to get the height calculations provided on the site plan to match up on the elevation view ... . I've included a link to the Building Height Handout that has instructions.
