The openings along the rack of the structure have been revised as shown on the attached <br /> photograph. At the upper floor, the remaining shear walls and connections are to be built <br /> per SWA (no change from original design). At the lower floor, three of the shear walls and <br /> associated connections are to be upgraded to SW-3 per the original shear wall schedule. <br /> In addition, (6) retrofit holdowns will be required as shown. The holdowns should be: <br /> HDU5-SDS2.5 holdowns w/ <br /> 5/8" threaded rod embedded 6.5" into top of stem w/ SET epoxy <br /> CNW5/8 coupler to be used as needed <br /> 2. Please find attached red marked framing plans for the rear deck and rear deck roof.
