Produced final signed and sealed Contract <br /> Drawings and Specifications <br /> 2. Update the Preliminary Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost. Final Stormwater Site Plan. <br /> 4. Design team will conduct bi-weekly team meetings to coordinate and discuss design issues <br /> as they arise. Owner is invited to participate as needed. Provide an overall coordination <br /> QA/QC review to identify potential conflicts. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Complete a service application and coordinate with Snohomish PUD No. 1 for the Chlorine <br /> Building <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Final design will be based on the Final Engineering Report design criteria and layout. <br /> 2.
