On 9/28 the wall was checked again and approximately 30 linear <br /> feet of the wall has a batter of zero to less than 1-inch over the height of the wall rather than the 7.5- <br /> inches required. Based on a minimum rotation to develop "active" pressure the top of the wall can be <br /> expected to rotate 1-inch. We will be checking the wall batter on Oct. 5th and 12th and hope to confirm <br /> the wall batter has not reduced further. Should the batter become negative the global stability of the <br /> wall may be compromised. <br /> Storm drainage installation has been completed below the wall as confirmed by Randy Allen, <br /> Construction Inspector. Locking bolts were not installed on the new grates, finish grade has not been <br /> completed and therefore it can not be determined if cleanouts behind the wall have been set at grade. <br /> Cleanup and seeding has not been completed in front of the wall and the deck framing and keystone <br /> walls have not been adequately addressed as yet. <br /> Please advise if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> JRR Engineering, Inc. <br /> onald K.
