714-77- CITY OF EVERETT <br /> Public Works Department <br /> November 1, 2018 <br /> Subj: Certificate of Occupancy <br /> Location: 4841 Glenwood <br /> This is to clarify requirements for a certificate of occupancy (C of 0) for the property at 4841 <br /> Glenwood. There remains several construction issues and/or remaining approvals that prevent <br /> the issuance of a C of 0 at this time. The known list includes the reconstruction of the retaining <br /> wall between properties, completion of the required connections supporting the attached <br /> carport, fire department approval of the constructed turn-around and guard rails and hand rails <br /> on site.
