RESOLUTION NO. 2/7/ <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract <br /> with Senior Services of Snohomish County <br /> 1 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the Everett City Council <br /> has ascertained that assisting Senior Services of Snohomish County to <br /> 5 <br /> supply frozen Meals on Wheels to needy senior citizens is a proper <br /> 6 function of the City of Everett, and <br /> 7 <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee, after studying all appli- <br /> 8 <br /> cations and interviewing all applicants, has voted to recommend funding <br /> 9 for this program from the 1982 Budget allocation for Human Needs; <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 12 that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Senior Services of <br /> 13 Snohomish County for the purpose above stated, and <br /> 14 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Office of Financial <br /> 15 Management be authorized to make payment from the Revenue Sharing Fund of <br /> 16 the City, not to exceed $6,534.00, of invoices for expenses incurred for <br /> the above purpose between April 1, 1982 and June 30, 1983. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> Cocci aX introducing solution <br /> 20 <br /> 21 PASSED AND APPROVED this / / day of May, 1982. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Counci resident <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 - <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
