RESOLUTION NO. '-ZO9� <br /> A RESOLUTION honoring the memory of <br /> Col. J.L. "Buzz" Winecoff, retired. <br /> WHEREAS, Col. J.L. "Buzz" Winecoff had unselfishly served the people <br /> of the City of Everett with great dedication, love and affection, and <br /> WHEREAS, Buzz Winecoff had channeled his contributions to this <br /> community in a broad range of endeavors, among them service as Director of the <br /> Everett Housing Authority, a member of the Board of Directors of Providence <br /> Hospital, Volunteers of America, Kidney Dialysis Center, Kiwanis Club, American <br /> Legion and other service and civic organizations, and <br /> WHEREAS, Buzz Winecoff's vitality, enthusiasm and energy given so <br /> freely and so unselfishly to his fellow friends and neighbors in this community, and <br /> WHEREAS, we had come to depend on Buzz Winecoff, and to love him <br /> and to respect him; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, William E. Moore and City Councilmembers of <br /> the City of Everett, that the memory of Col. J.L.
