i - RESOLUTION NO . S A RESOLUTION authorizing three parking changes : 1 . Install a 2 hour limit from 8 AM to 5 PM on regular weekdays on the east side of 1300 Rockefeller with permit vehicles exempt 2 . Change parallel to angle parking on the east side of Oakes from the rail - road bridge ( Van Winkles Interiors ) to Wall St 3 . Change parallel to angle parking on the east side of Wetmore from 21st to 23rd St WHEREAS , neighbors of 1300 Rockefeller have requested permit parking and a survey shows 7 in favor and 1 opposed and a parking use study shows 85% useage thru the day; and WHEREAS , TAC has reviewed the issues in accord with the per- mit parking ordinance and recommends permit parking be installed with the fee waived as Council has waived other recent permit parking fees ; and WHEREAS , parking demand continues to increase in the CBD and changing the parallel to angle parking on the east side of Oakes will provide 6 more spaces and the change has been reco- mmended by TAC; and WHEREAS , installing angle parking on Wetmore will provide additional space for the Church of God and TAC has recommended the change similar to Wetmore south of 23rd St ; NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT : 1 . A two hour time limit restriction be installed on the east side of Rockefeller between 13th and 14th Streets during regular weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM with permit vehicles exempt and the $5 fee waived ; 2 . Angle parking be installed on the east side of Oakes from Wall St to the railroad bridge between the Fire Station and Van Winkles ;
