(3) CB 1703-15 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project", Fund 342, Program 020, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance 3481-16.
