(19) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement regarding the Snohomish Regional Drug and Gang Task Force Funding. (21) CB 1703-13 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled "2015 Federal Overlay Project," Fund 303, Program 102, as established by Ordinance No. 3425-15. (22) Adopt Resolution surplusing timber and authorizing the City Clerk to begin advertising the Chaplain Gap Timber Sale #124-10 and Call for Bids for this timber sale, as required in Ordinance No. 1741-90. (23) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 2 to the Pacific Avenue and Broadway Safety Improvements Projects increasing working days at no additional cost.
