The development agreement includes an amendment to an agreement the City passed in 2001 <br /> (Resolution No. 5076)when this property was being annexed to the City. This amendment addresses a <br /> requirement for a pedestrian connection between 127th Place SE and 19th Avenue SE by allowing for <br /> removal of that connection as requested by neighbors. The new development agreement also binds the <br /> property subject to the proposed land use/zoning amendment with the original development approved in <br /> 2001 and completed in.2009. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan Map Designation with a Rezone for the property <br /> located at 12704 19th Avenue SE, amending Ordinance No's. 2021-94 and 1671-89, as amended. <br /> 35 <br />
