Parks Department Swim Center I 0 Page 2 of 3 <br /> Electrical Systems Upgrades and Arc Flash Breaker Coordination Study <br /> Engineering Fee Proposal <br /> TASK 2—Lighting Upgrade in Natatorium • <br /> • <br /> • Replace lighting fixtures in natatorium with new LED fixtures. <br /> • Provide new 277V circuits to the new LED lighting fixtures in natatorium. <br /> • Provide new lighting control to the lighting system in natatorium. <br /> • Provide lighting calculation drawing in natatorium performed by the lighting <br /> vendor. <br /> TASK 3—Arc Flash Breaker Coordination Analysis <br /> • The Short Circuit Current, Protective Coordination, and Arc Flash Hazard <br /> analysis studies will be produced utilizing SKM software. Existing breakers will <br /> be coordinated to meet the maximum PPE Category Level 2 requirements (or as <br /> close as possible).A report including the studies will be provided. <br /> • Arc Flash Hazard labels will be provided for installation on equipment as <br /> required. <br /> TASK 4—Swim Center BAS Controls Upgrade <br /> • Integrate into Task #1 drawings and specifications an upgrade to the BAS <br /> • controls utilizing the equipment and information provided in the Swim Center <br /> Electrical Scope of Work documents provided by the City. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> TASK 1 — Electrical Systems Upgrade <br /> • 30% Schematic Design Documents including drawings, outline specifications and <br /> ROM cost estimate. <br /> • 60% Schematic Design Documents including drawings and specifications, <br /> product cut sheets and ROM cost estimate. <br /> • 100% Construction Documents ready for bidding and permit. <br /> TASK 2—Lighting Upgrade in Natatorium <br /> • 30% Schematic Design Documents including drawings, outline specifications and <br /> ROM cost estimate. <br /> • 60% Schematic Design Documents including drawings and specifications, <br /> product cut sheets and ROM cost estimate. <br /> • 100% Construction Documents ready for bidding and permit. <br /> TASK 3—Arc Flash Breaker Coordination Analysis <br /> • One (1) hardcopy of the report will be provided to 'the Local Operations and <br /> Maintenance team for posting in the electrical Room. One (1) hardcopy of the <br /> report will be provided to the projects and planning department.
