20 5 <br /> Applicable Law: <br /> 1. IPMC 106.1 Unlawful acts, which reads: <br /> It shall be unlawful for a persons firm or corporation to be in conflict with or in <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this code. <br /> 2. IPMC 108.1.3 Structure unfit for human occupancy, which reads: <br /> A structure is unfit for human occupancy whenever the code official finds that such <br /> structure is unsafe, unlawful or, because of the degree to which the structure is in <br /> disrepair or lacks maintenance, is insanitary, vermin or rat infested, contains filth <br /> and contamination, or lacks ventilation, illumination, sanitary or heating facilities or <br /> other essential equipment required by this code, or because the location of the <br /> structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants of the structure or to the public. <br /> 3. iPMC 308.1 Accumulation of rubbish or garbage, which reads: <br /> All exterior property and premises, and the interior of every structure, shall be free <br /> from accumulation of rubbish or garbage. <br /> 4. IPMC 308.2 Disposal of Rubbish, which reads: <br /> Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary <br /> manner by placing such rubbish in approved containers. <br /> 5. EMC 8.20.020 (A)(C)(G) Nuisances,which reads: <br /> Except as authorized by subsection H of this section or as may be allowed by <br /> another city ordinance, no person owning, leasing, renting, occupying or having <br /> charge or possession of any property in the city, including vacant lots, shall maintain <br /> or allow to be maintained on the property outside of a fully enclosed structure such <br /> as a shed, dwelling, or closeable garage, any of the following conditions visible from <br /> any street, alley, or other public or private property: <br /> (A)Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber or salvage materials or other similar <br /> materials. <br /> (C)Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment and furnishings; <br /> (G) Vehicle parts or other articles of personal property which are discarded or left in <br /> a state of partial construction or repair; <br /> 6.
