Knatz, <br /> On April 14, 2016 the City of Everett Hearing Examiner issued an Order requiring you to abate <br /> the violations of IPMC 106.1, IPMC 308.1, IPMC 308.2, EMC 8.20.020(A)(C)(G) and EMC <br /> 8.22.030(A) on the property noted above. You failed to abate all or part of the violations. <br /> Pursuant to the Order of the City of Everett Code Official the City abated the outstanding <br /> violations. <br /> The abatement of the violations on the property was completed on January 13, 2017, pursuant <br /> to the Order of the City of Everett Code Official and provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, <br /> chapter 1.20. The cost to the City for this work is $1,067.54 and an invoice is attached. <br /> According to EMC 1.20.090 (B), all costs of abatement, including incidental expenses, shall be <br /> billed to the Respondent and become due and payable 30 days from the date of this bill.
