(23) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Homeland security Grant Agreement with Snohomish County to receive grant funds to purchase a projector for the Emergency Operations Center, in the amount of $3200.00. (24) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Government Agreement regarding In-Service Training Sessions with Marysville and Lake Stevens Fire Districts.
