The general contractor, KLB Construction, Inc., completed the East Grand Avenue Sewer Replacement and Storm Separation Project in accordance with the plans and specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. The amounts paid to the contractor under this contract are as follows: Contract total paid to date exclusive of tax: $6,145,421.06 Retainage Withheld: $0.00 Washington State sales tax paid to date: $200,872.64 Total $6,346,293.70 RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Accept the East Grand Avenue Sewer Replacement and Storm Separation Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with KLB Construction, Inc.releasing the retainage bond. 31
