(1) CB 1704-22 – 1st Reading –Adopt the proposed ordinance relating to Water, Sewer Service and Surface Water Management rates, repealing Sections 17 and 25 of Ordinance No. 3529-17 (3rd and final reading on 5-10-17). PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (2) CB 1704-19 – 2ND Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units, Section 7 (J) of Ordinance No. 3534-17 (EMC 19.07.030.J). (3rd and final Reading and Public Hearing on 5-3-17). (3) CB 1704-20 — 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Parks Sport Courts Renovations", Fund 354, Program 053, to accumulate all cost for the Improvement Project. (3rd and final Reading on 5-3-17). (4) CB 1704-21 – 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Parks Playground Renovations", Fund 354, Program 052, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project.
