Management of this program <br /> requires an agreement. Council approved a similar agreement in 2016. It specifies the city's requirements <br /> for compliance and identifies the limitations regarding which herbicides, adjuvants and marking dyes are <br /> used. Direct in-water treatments are not allowed under this permit or through this Agreement. <br /> • RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the application and agreement with the Washington State Department of <br /> Agriculture for Limited Agent Status for aquatic noxious weed control. <br /> 97 <br />
