(13) Award Bid for the 2017 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Project to Granite Construction Company, in the amount of $3,938,398.65. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Mountain Workshops Program Agreement to provide a workshop to Everett Parks and Recreation Adventure day camp participants. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the application and agreement with the Washington State Department of Agriculture for Limited Agent Status for aquatic noxious weed control. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Business Associate Agreement with Providence Regional Medical Center to share protected health information as part of the City's Chronic-Utilizer Alternative Response Team (CHART) program.
