The Health District is interested in moving into a smaller building, and is <br /> attempting to sell the Rucker Building. The Health District has encouraged its cities,towns and Snohomish <br /> County to relinquish any potential ownership and financial interest in the building, and has stated its intent to <br /> use proceeds from the sale to purchase or lease a smaller building,with remaining dollars to be invested into <br /> a new capital fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City and the Snohomish Health District <br /> relinquishing any potential claim of ownership or financial interest the City may have in the Rucker Building, <br /> located at 3020 Rucker Avenue,Everett. <br /> 1 <br />
