The Health District is interested in moving into a smaller building, and is attempting to sell the Rucker Building. The Health District has encouraged its cities,towns and Snohomish County to relinquish any potential ownership and financial interest in the building, and has stated its intent to use proceeds from the sale to purchase or lease a smaller building,with remaining dollars to be invested into a new capital fund. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City and the Snohomish Health District relinquishing any potential claim of ownership or financial interest the City may have in the Rucker Building, located at 3020 Rucker Avenue,Everett. 1
