ORDINANCE NO. 3463-15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Everett Mall Way- 4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection <br /> Safety," Fund 303, Program 106, to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic intersection safety program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br /> traffic intersection safety improvements; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 106, entitled <br /> "Everett Mall Way-4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety,"to accumulate all costs for <br /> the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 106, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$548,452 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 106, "Everett Mall Way - <br /> 4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Construction $ 548,452 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 548,452 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> HSIP - Federal Funds $ 498,091 <br /> Fund 119- Street Improvements 50,361 <br />
