RESOLUTION NO. .6:2O <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of <br /> Federal Avenue North of 33rd Street and Alleys <br /> within Block 773 Plat of Everett, Div. "R". <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of: <br /> All that portion of Federal Avenue lying between Blocks 773 and 774, <br /> Plat of Everett Division "R" according to the Plat Thereof Recorded <br /> in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 39 Records of Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> togetherwith <br /> The Alleys <br /> within said Block 773, Plat of Everett Division "R" LESS Portion previously <br /> vacated under Ordinance No. 2576. <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W.35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall by resolution <br /> fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br /> A.M. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 Wig., on February <br /> 24, 1982, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed <br /> vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in R.C.W.35.79.020. <br /> b, <br /> acncilman" Intro ucing esolution <br /> Passed and approved this?7day of /ff.ciu,9,e• y , 1982. <br /> •uncil President <br />
