Checklist Review #81-54 S.P.U. #16ITY OF EVERETT, EVERETT WASHINGTON <br /> PROPOSAL: <br /> Issuance of an S.P.U. for construction of Fire Station #6. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a Negative <br /> Declaration be subject to the following: <br /> 1. Detailed drawings shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br /> parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br /> erosion control and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. <br /> Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to <br /> any permits being issued. <br /> 2. Right of Way Improvements are to be made by the proposed Local Improvement <br /> Districts, Evergreen Way 1982, Emander Road 1983. In the event the L.I.D. <br /> fails, the City will provide similar improvements abutting their property. <br /> 3. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water systems will be required <br /> to be submitted. <br /> 4. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br /> during construction. Dust suppression and street leaning must occur as <br /> directed by the Public Works Inspector. During construction, all truck traffic <br /> to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets <br /> unless.otherwise approved by the Public ucorks Department. <br /> 5. Participation in the cost to fund the South End Interceptor is required. The <br /> approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is $678 + <br /> $0.213 X office sq. ft., as of October 5, 1981. The actual cost shall be computed <br /> by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according <br /> to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br /> 6. Drainage calculations must be submitted. If the calcs, after review by the <br /> Engineering Department, indicate a need for 250 cu. ft. of storage or less, <br /> on-site detention will not be required. If more than 250 cu. ft. of storage <br /> is needed, there-will be an option of making a payment to the City's drainage <br /> capital improvement fund in lieu of on-site detention. <br /> 7. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br /> road construction. If building activity commences within 30 days of the completion <br /> of road construction, reseeding will not be required.
