RESOLUTION NO. / ,'67 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute an <br /> Interlocal Governmental Agreement between the <br /> Port of Everett, Snohomish County and the <br /> City of Everett for development of a boat launch <br /> facility. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett, along with the Port of Everett <br /> and Snohomish County, together with financial assistance from the <br /> State of Washington Interagency for Outdoor Recreation, did jointly <br /> purchase certain real property for a boat launch facility in 1974, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, these same three agencies have jointly developed said <br /> property in phases for the use of the general public; and <br /> WHEREAS, an application will be made to the State of Washington <br /> Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation for phase V for 50% of <br /> development cost. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that it authorize Mayor William Moore to execute an Inter- <br /> local Agreement to participate in the development of said boat launch <br /> facility on a one-third (1/3) share of the three local participants' <br /> development cost. <br /> .iii • <br /> Councilperson Introducing Re ution <br /> Approved and passed this irU day of June, 1981. <br /> (°-- t641-"k <br /> Prgs ,t / <br />
