RESOLUTION OF INTENT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ,9S1 <br /> Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington: <br /> SECTION I: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement <br /> of: <br /> (1) North-South ALLEY, - East of Colby and West of Wetmore, Pacific Avenue <br /> to Wall Street, by the conversion of existing overhead electrical facilities <br /> to underground and to include all incidental material and appurtenances <br /> and work necessary for a complete improvement; and <br /> (2) North-South ALLEY - East of Colby and West of Wetmore, Wall Street, <br /> North to East-West alley by the conversion of existing overhead electrical <br /> facilities to underground, and to include all incidental material, appurtenances <br /> and work necessary for a complete improvement. <br /> SECTION II: That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to <br /> appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the <br /> City of Everett Council Chambers at 8:30 a.m, on the 10th day of June, 1981. Said <br /> time and place is hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed <br /> improvment and all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment for <br /> the improvement. <br /> SECTION III: That the City Engineer shall submit to the City Council at, or prior to, <br /> said date all data and information required by law to be submitted. <br /> SECTION IV: The cost and expense of such improvement shall be borne and assessed <br /> against the property liable therefore in accordance with the special benefits derived <br /> without regard to the zone termini method of spreading assessments. The property in <br /> the assessment district being more specifically described as follows: <br /> All of Block 717, Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br /> Volume 4 of Plats, page 1, records of.Snohomish County, Washington; and <br /> Lots 7 through 29, Replat Block 683, Plat of Everett, according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page 49, records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington. <br /> sir ncilman oducing Re•fution <br /> Passed and approved this day of iriAy , 1981. <br /> ,,,,`. . 4A J.
