d <br /> 1101.4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. /95/ <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a <br /> i contract with Snohomish County Center for the <br /> Handicapped <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> ascertained that assisting the Snohomish County Center for the Handicapped <br /> 5 to provide safety equipment for their woodworking shop is a proper function <br /> 6 of the City of Everett; and <br /> 7 <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> 8 for this program from the 1981 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 11 that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Snohomish County <br /> 12 Center for the Handicapped for the purpose above stated for residents of <br /> Everett, and <br /> 13 <br /> 14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Financial Management be <br /> 15 authorized to make payment, from invoices for expenses incurred between <br /> April 1, 1981 through March 31, 1982, for the above purpose, not to exceed <br /> 16 <br /> $3,800.00, from the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> 17 <br /> 18nn <br /> gi el OPP <br /> 19 Councilman introducing Resolution <br /> 20 <br /> Passed and approved this ,p 9 '6 day of April , 1981. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 (177L/_—elf: .1/6-a45 <br /> CounciT'President <br /> 24 .. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
