RESOLUTION NO. ,/ 1c <br /> 1 A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a <br /> contract with Evergreen Manor, Inc. <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee of the City Council has <br /> 4 ascertained that assisting Evergreen Manor, Inc. to provide an intensive <br /> 5 outpatient treatment program for alcoholics is a proper function of the <br /> 6 City of Everett; and <br /> 7 WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee has recommended funding <br /> 8 for this program from the 1981 Budget allocation for human needs; <br /> 9 <br /> 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 11 THAT the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Evergreen Manor, Inc. <br /> 12 for the purpose above stated, and <br /> 13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Financial Management be <br /> 14 authorized to make payment, from invoices for expenses incurred between <br /> 15 April 1, 1981 and March 31, 1982, for the above purpose, not to exceed <br /> $2,000.00, from the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 i 17- <br /> 1( <br /> ' ? 1 <br /> 18 <br /> Councilman introducing Resolution <br /> 19 <br /> Passed and approved this ~� day of April , 1981. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 ke�t�_ <br /> Counc7' iresi ent <br /> 1 <br /> 22 <br /> R- <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> n a <br />
