Inspected <br /> the interior and exterior shear walls per schedule S2.1 and S2.2 drawings, details 1 and 1A. <br /> Interior shear walls and exterior shear walls are built per plan except for the following items: <br /> 1. The south bottom plate sill anchors need to be installed. <br /> 2. At the northeast corner of entry way, (2) bottom plate washers are missing. <br /> The contractor was notified of the items to be corrected. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN <br /> Received the attached memos from Kosnik Engineering (Daniel Kosnik, P.E.) accepting the <br /> conditions noted in Mayes Testing Engineers (MTE) nonconforming report dated 04/06/16 <br /> regarding anchor bolt repair and beam to column weld connection; and in MTE preliminary report <br /> dated 03/31/16 regarding epoxy anchor embedment depth. These (2) issues are now considered <br /> closed.
