Replace approximately 165 feet of sidewalk and construct a drainage <br /> system to intercept ground water flow on the west side of Maple from <br /> 19th Street to Victor Place <br /> Estimated Project Cost 4,700 <br /> E. Allocate funds to the Council for a Greater Everett to provide support <br /> services to the Riverside Neighborhood <br /> Funds To be Allocated 1,000 <br /> F. Replace sidewalk segment in front of 2401 and 2405 Virginia. <br /> Estimated Project Cost 1,100 <br /> G. Replace sidewalk segment in front of 2414 Baker <br /> Estimated Project Cost 550 <br /> H. Replace sidewalk segment in front of 2524 Maple <br /> Estimated Project Cost 900 <br /> 2. The Mayor be instructed to have a Plans and Systems Ordinance prepared <br /> and presented to the City Council which will officially authorize and fund <br /> the development of contract plans, specifications and detailed cost <br /> estimates and the future construction of the above improvements. <br /> 3. Should costs be less for the above projects than was originally estimated, <br /> projects receiving the next highest neighborhood priority shall be included <br /> for funding.
