RESOLUTION NO. / '76)0 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation <br /> of a portion of Wetmore Avenue, 40th Street <br /> to North of 41st Street, and, 40th Street, Wetmore <br /> to alley West of Wetmore. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of: <br /> Wetmore Ave. from the north side of 40th Street going south to the S.E. corner <br /> of Lot 26, Block 10, and the S.W. corner of Lot 7, Block 9, Climax Land <br /> Company's 1st Addition; and, <br /> 40th Street from the S.W. corner of Lot 17, Block 7, and the N.W. corner of <br /> Lot 32, Block 10, going East to the S.E. corner of Lot 17, Block 7, and the N.E. <br /> corner of Lot 32, Block 10, Climax Land Company's First Addition to the City <br /> of Everett. <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall by resolution <br /> fix a date for a public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT, that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. on February 11, 1981, in the <br /> City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of a portion of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notice be given as required by law as set <br /> forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> Jr- <br /> — <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> ss <br /> Passed and approved this a/ day of /0 )/ , 1981. <br /> Cou i President 7 <br />
