I plan on removing the nonconforming 2nd kitchen that's upstairs at 2110 Virginia ave Everett, WA. <br /> I will start by removing the upper and lower cabinetry.Then I will turn of water and then disconnect <br /> The water lines. And remove the sink. And have all drain lines, capped off. I will then remove all <br /> appliances. <br /> Refrigerator, stove, and dish washer and vent hood. If any of them are hard wired I will then hire an <br /> electrician to disconnect them at the breaker panel and cut and remove any dead wires. I would like to <br /> remove all tile and mortar that has been adhered to the sheetrock as well. I then intend to reinstall <br /> The original door. By doing all this as I have stated I believe I have returned the room back in to a <br /> bedroom.
