Coverage under this policy, however, will not apply: a. Prior to the termination date of any joint venture, partnership or limited liability company; or b. If there is valid and collectible insurance purchased specifically to insure the partnership, joint venture or limited liability company. V. SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS Under SECTION I - SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS - COVERAGES A AND B, Paragraph Lb., is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: b.
