City of Everett,WFP PLC <br /> Additional Services <br /> EXHIBIT Al <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> To maintain system operation,to satisfy newly developed buy-off protocols for the PLC replacement <br /> work, and to further enhance and support the networking and computer systems;Tetra Tech has been <br /> requested to provide this Proposal to perform additional work beyond the original Scope of work in <br /> order to complete the project.This Proposal is offered to obtain fair and reasonable compensation for <br /> these additional efforts. <br /> Additional scope items for Everett WFP PLC Replacement Project: <br /> TASK 23 Onsite Troubleshooting and Technical Assistance <br /> To include; <br /> -Troubleshooting of SCADA system hardware failures including but not limited to <br /> • Network switches and associated equipment <br /> • PLC equipment <br /> • SCADA work stations <br /> • Instrumentation <br /> • Valves and associated equipment <br /> -Troubleshooting Plant staff configured SCADA <br /> -Assisting contractors in troubleshooting installation and wiring issues. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Field reports of work completed on site each day delivered with 48 hours of work completed. <br /> 2. If applicable, updated PLC and SCADA programs. <br /> TASK 24 Additional programming support for the Plant's six Hyponators. Extensive coordination <br /> is required for planning of testing as well as the introduction of hardware failures has added to the <br /> complexity of this task. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Field reports of work completed on site each day delivered with 48 hours of work completed. <br /> 2. If applicable, updated PLC and SCADA programs. <br /> TASK 25 Development of training materials for Plant staff reference. Detailed, O&M level <br /> material will be developed by Tetra Tech for reference of plant staff to aide in <br /> troubleshooting, maintenance and training for plant staff. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. 75% Draft submittal for City review and comment <br /> 2. Final .PDF of training materials <br />
