August 16, 2017 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — DISPOSAL OF TOTALED 2017 PETERBILT 567 <br /> CHASSIS WITH VACTOR SUCTION EXCAVATION UNIT <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to adopt Resolution No. 7156, declaring the 2017 Peterbilt <br /> 567 Chassis with Vactor Suction Excavation Unit totaled and <br /> authorizing its disposal by turning it over to the insurance company <br /> as part of the claim settlement. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — LOW INCOME DISCOUNT UTILITIES PROGRAM <br /> Council Member Bader stated that while he does not believe there is any <br /> conflict of interest with his employment, he would like to recuse himself from <br /> any discussion related to this item <br /> Council Member Bader left council chambers at 8:29 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> agreement with Catholic Community Services for administration of the <br /> Low Income Discount Utilities Program in the amount of$115,817. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Bader, who was recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Bader returned to Council Chambers at 8:30 p.m. <br /> 278 <br />
