We reviewed the en- <br /> vironmental checklist and have the following comments. <br /> We have concerna regarding the wetland report, particularly <br /> the portion addressing the scrub/shrub portion of the site. <br /> The presence of a predominance of wetland veqetation and <br /> highly disturbed soils is indicative of wetlande found in <br /> urban areas. The lay parameter of wetland hydrology was <br /> reported as lackinq in this area, but the date of the site <br /> investigation, May 23, makes this auspect.
