A one-year guarantee 1s required on the public street, utility and site landscaping for an amount not lesa than 108 of the croat of construction and shall run for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Pecmit for the project. 5. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other d:ainage treatment/abatenent facilities serving areas largec than one acce. 6. On-site watermain will be staked within an easenent to the City. The easenent will be sulmitted to the City prioc to the issuance of pe�mits. 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be sulmitted per City design and wnstruction standards and specifications. 8. The Police Department has the following security recoimiendations: a.
