(i) Fire lanes to be provided in compliance with Everett Municipal <br /> Code 46.44. <br /> (i.i) Access roads and fice hydrants must be in service prior to � <br /> beginning construction of any building. <br /> (iii) Constcuction activities to be in compliance with tlniform Fire <br /> Code, 1985 Edition, Article 87, "Fire Safety During Construction." <br /> (iv) Apartment premises must be identified at street entry, and each <br /> building and apartment is to be clearly identified so as to be <br /> visible and legible from the access roads. <br /> (v) Fice Lanes must t�e provided as required in Everett Municipal Code <br /> 46.44. City streeta and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br /> times during construction. Duat suppression and street cleaning must <br /> occur as directed by the Public Works Inapector. <br /> 3. Performance guarantees are required for the curb, gutter and sidewalk. <br /> 4. A one-year guarantee 1s required on the public street, utility and site <br /> landscaping for an amount not lesa than 108 of the croat of construction <br /> and shall run for one year from the date of issuance of the first <br /> Occupancy Pecmit for the project. <br /> 5. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or <br /> other d:ainage treatment/abatenent facilities serving areas largec than <br /> one acce. <br /> 6. On-site watermain will be staked within an easenent to the City. The <br /> easenent will be sulmitted to the City prioc to the issuance of pe�mits. <br /> 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be <br /> required to be sulmitted per City design and wnstruction standards and <br /> specifications. <br /> 8. The Police Department has the following security recoimiendations: <br /> a.
