I reqret that I was not able to review the SEPA <br /> documentation for this project when it was circulated to us <br /> last fall. I believe that our review nt that time would <br /> have saved us all a lot of tima and trouble. <br /> AB I had stated in my original comments to the pre-sEPA <br /> consultation request, i had concerns reqardinq tha acauracy <br /> of the wetlands determinetion made by the consultant. Alter <br /> visitinq the site on January 18 I balieve that my concerns <br /> were warranted. It appears that there ie a wetland on the <br /> property based on my examination of the veqetation, soils, <br /> and hydroloqy.
